摘　　要：四时有春气升、夏气浮、秋气降、冬气沉之升浮降沉,体内脏气有肝气升、心气浮、肺气降、肾气沉之升浮降沉,药性有味薄升、气厚浮、气薄降、味厚沉之升浮降沉。在顺应四时升浮降沉前提下,藉由药性之升浮降沉以复脏气升浮降沉病理失序至生理常态,终使四时-脏气之升浮降沉达到相互协调、同频共振。如此,既遵不克伐人体生生之气之常道,亦可助天人和谐稳态之维系。此即李杲四时-脏气-药性之升浮降沉法式之深意。The four seasons have the ascending-floating-descending-sinking of ascending air in spring,floating air in summer,descending air in autumn and sinking air in winter.The qi of viscera in human body has the ascending-floatingdescending-sinking of liver qi ascending,heart qi floating,lung qi descending and kidney qi sinking.The medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine have the ascending-floating-descending-sinking of thin taste ascending,thick qi floating,thin qi descending and thick taste sinking.On the premise of conforming to the ascending-floating-descending-sinking of the four seasons,the ascending-floating-descending-sinking of the pathological disordered qi of viscera can be restored to the physiological normal by the ascending-floating-descending-sinking of the medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine,and finally the ascending-floating-descending-sinking of the four seasons and qi of viscera can achieve mutual coordination and resonant frequency.In this way,not only do not cut down the human body’s natural qi,but also help to maintain the harmony and stability of heaven and man.That’s the profound meaning of the model of four seasons-qi of viscera-medicinal properties of ascending-floating-descending-sinking of LI Gao.
