摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾止动汤(JPZDD)对慢性束缚应激多发性抽动症(TS)大鼠模型焦虑抑郁样行为的作用。方法:将大鼠随机分成空白组10只和造模组30只,造模组予亚氨基二丙腈(IDPN),空白组予0.9%氯化钠溶液,均腹腔注射7 d;造模组同时予慢性束缚21 d。造模组根据刻板评分结果进行二次分组,分为模型组、JPZDD组和泰必利组,每只10只。各组灌胃28 d后根据大鼠体质量、刻板行为、糖水偏好实验、旷场实验、高架十字迷宫实验进行评价。结果:模型组、JPZDD组、泰必利组大鼠体质量较空白组显著减轻(P<0.05),JPZDD组体质量较泰必利组增多(P<0.05);JPZDD组刻板评分较模型组、泰必利组降低(P<0.05);JPZDD组糖水偏好率显著高于模型组(P<0.05),较泰必利组有升高趋势;JPZDD组较模型组和泰必利组,总路程、平均速度、中央区路程增多(P<0.05);JPZDD组较模型组与泰必利组OE%、OT%有升高趋势。结论:健脾止动汤不仅可有效缓解抽动症状,还可改善情绪障碍。Objective:To investigate the effects of Jianpi Zhidong Decoction(JPZDD)on the anxiety-depression-like behavior of chronic restraint stress tourette syndrome(TS)rats.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into a blank group(10 rats)and a model group(30 rats).The model group was given IDPN intraperitoneal injection for 7 days and chronic restraint for 21 days.The blank group was given normal saline for 7 days.The model group was divided into three groups according to stereotype score,which were model group,JPZDD group and Tiapride group,10 rats in each group.After 28 days of intragastric administration,weight,stereotype scores,sucrose preference test,open-field test and elevated plus maze test were used to evaluate.Results:The body weight of rats in model group,JPZDD group and Tiapride group was significantly decreased compared with blank group(P<0.05).The body weight of JPZDD group was higher than Tiapride group(P<0.05).Compared with model group and Tiapride medicine group,the stereotype score of JPZDD group reduced significantly(P<0.05).The sucrose preference rate in JPZDD group was significantly higher than that in model group(P<0.05),and showed an increasing trend compared with that in Talparide group.The total distance,average speed and central distance of JPZDD group were increased compared with model group and Tabili group(P<0.05).Compared with model group and Tabide group,JPZDD group showed an increasing trend of OE%and OT%,but there was no statistical significance.Conclusion:JPZDD can not only effectively improve the tic symptoms,but also improve emotional disorder.
