郑氏针刺弹震手法治疗肝火上扰型耳鸣的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察郑氏针刺弹震法治疗肝火上扰型耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:将60例肝火上扰型耳鸣患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规针刺治疗,治疗组给予郑氏针刺弹震手法治疗,隔2天治疗1次,共治疗9次。观察两组治疗前后耳鸣严重程度评分、耳鸣致残(THI)评分及焦虑自评(SAS)评分的变化,分析两种方法的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者TEQ评分、THI评分及SAS评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),且治疗组各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率为86.67%(26/30),显著高于对照组(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05)。结论:郑氏针刺弹震法治疗肝火上扰型耳鸣可明显改善耳鸣严重程度、耳鸣症状及降低焦虑状况,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ZHENGs'acupuncture manipulation of flick and shock on tinnitus of liver-fire disturbance type.Methods:Sixty patients with tinnitus with liver-fire disturbance type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with ZHENGs'acupuncture manipulation of flick and shock,both groups were treated once every two days,with a total of 9 times.The changes of tinnitus evalution question(TEQ)score,tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)score and self-rating anxiety scal(SAS)score were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical effects of the two methods were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the TEQ score,THI score and SAS score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%(26/30),it was better than that of the control group(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion:ZHENGs'acupuncture manipulation of fick and shock on tinnitus of liver-fire disturbance type can significantly improve the severity of tinnitus,tinnitus symptoms,reduce anxiety and improve the quality of life of patients.
