醋酸高温处理对中性亚硫酸盐-硫脲水溶液改善稻草纤维酶解性能的影响

摘  要:利用醋酸对稻秆纤维进行高温处理以提高中性亚硫酸盐-硫脲水溶液二段处理对纤维酶解性能的改善效率。结果表明:在醋酸用量2%、反应温度140℃、保温时间60 min(浸渍15 min)、液比1∶4的条件下,醋酸处理效率最佳。与单段中性亚硫酸盐-硫脲水溶液的效率相比,经醋酸、中性亚硫酸盐-硫脲水溶液两段处理后纤维中有机抽出物、灰分、木素和木聚糖的含量降低,葡聚糖酶解效率得到有效提高。In this paper,CH3COOH was used to treat rice straw for the modification on the efficiency of the fiber enzyme hydrolysis property of rice straw treated by medium sulfitesthiourea aqueous solution in the second stage.The results showed that the CH3COOH dosage of 2%,reaction temperature of 140℃and treating time of 60min(soaking time of 15min,liquor ratio of 1∶4)were chosen as the optimal conditions.Compared with the efficiency of medium sulfites-thiourea aqueous solution,the contents of organic extract,ash,lignin and xylan in the fibers treated by CH3COOH and medium sulfites-thiourea aqueous solution were decreased;however,the hydrolyzed glucan content and the conversion ratio of glucan were increased.
