摘　　要：碱回收工段黑液蒸发工序不凝气的存在及累积,会降低多效蒸发系统的真空度,进而降低蒸发速率。本文介绍了一种针对蒸发器内存在不凝气量的计算方式,运用到生产中可判断各效体的不凝气状态,以便及时发现问题做出调整。The existence and accumulation of non-condensable gas in the black liquor evaporation process of alkali recovery will reduce the vacuum degree of the multi-effect evaporation system,thereby reducing the evaporation rate.This paper introduces a calculation method for the presence of non-condensable gas in the evaporator,which can be used to judge the non-condensable gas state in production,so as to find problems and make adjustments in time.
