中药外治法治疗压疮疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药外治法治疗压疮的效果。方法:查找数据库Pubmed、Sinomed、EMBASE、中国知网、维普、万方等公开发表的随机对照试验文献,时间范围为数据库成立至2022年6月。试验组干预措施为中药外治法(药膏、药液或药浴治疗),对照组采用现代医学治疗。采用Review Manager 5.2软件对纳入研究的各组观察指标数据做统计分析。结果:共纳入相关研究30项,患者2170例(试验组1159例,对照组1011例)。结果证实,试验组的痊愈率、有效率均显著提升,超过对照组(RR=1.66,95%CI[1.51,1.81],P<0.00001,RR=1.24,95%CI[1.11,1.37],P<0.0001);压疮愈合时间明显缩短,少于对照组(MD=-9.06,95%CI[-14.45,-3.68],P=0.001);压疮愈合积分显著降低,低于对照组(MD=-0.99,95%CI[-1.44,-0.55],P<0.0001)。结论:中药外治法治疗压疮疗效确定,与其他治疗方法相比具有一定优势。Objective:To explore the role of Chinese medicine external treatment on pressure ulcer.Methods:Randomized and controlled trials with Chinese medicine external treatment as cure method and modern medicine method as compared,were gathered from Pubmed,Sinomed,EMBASE,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases since initial to Jun 2022.Review Manager 5.2 software was employed to analyse data.Results:A total of 30 studies involving 2170 participants consist of 1159 test and 1011 control were included.Data indicated the cure rate and effective rate of test group were both more excellent than control group(RR=1.66,95%CI[1.51,1.81],P<0.00001,RR=1.24,95%CI[1.11,1.37],P<0.0001),the cure time of test group was more shorter(MD=-9.06,95%CI[-14.45,-3.68],P=0.0010),the PUSH score of test group was also more lower(MD=-0.99,95%CI[-1.44,-0.55],P<0.0001).Conclusion:External therapy with Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating pressure ulcer.
