摘 要:为构建铝材金属组织与阳极氧化表面性能的关联性,以工业化半连续铸造工艺制备的Al⁃2%Mg高纯度扁锭为对象,在300~550℃温度范围内进行热处理,再进行常规参数阳极氧化处理,通过光谱仪、扫描电镜、光学显微镜、分光测色仪、雾影仪等研究了热处理温度对金属组织和阳极氧化表面性能(粗糙度、光泽度和雾影值)的影响。结果表明:随着热处理温度升高,阳极氧化后表面粗糙度逐渐降低,光泽度和成像清晰度升高,雾影值降低。这些表面性能的变化与第二相的析出及回溶密切相关。In order to establish the correlation between the structure of aluminum metal and the surface properties of anodizing,the high purity Al⁃2%Mg flat ingots prepared by industrial semi continuous casting process were subjected to heat treatment at a temperature range of 300~550℃,and performed anodizing treatment with general parameters.The effects of heat treatment temperature on the metal structure and anodized surface properties(roughness,glossiness,and haze value)were studied through spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,optical microscopy,spectrophotometer,and haze meter.Results showed that as the heat treatment temperature increased,the surface roughness gradually decreased after anodizing,the glossiness and imaging clarity increased,and the haze value decreased.In general,these changes in surface properties were closely related to the precipitation and remelting of the second phase.
