摘　　要：报道1例IgG4相关肥厚性硬脑膜炎病例。患者为老年女性,病程迁延8年余,主要临床表现为反复头痛、视力及听力下降、双眼球突出,同时合并甲状腺功能异常等。几经周折,最终经过PET-CT及硬脑膜活组织检查病理确诊为IgG4相关性疾病、IgG4相关肥厚性硬脑膜炎,经过激素、免疫调节治疗后患者症状较前好转。A case of IgG4-related hypertrophic pachymeningitis was reported.The patient was an elderly female,with the course of disease more than 8 years.Clinical manifestations included recurrent headache,vision and hearing loss,exophthalmos and thyroid dysfunction.Finally,she was diagnosed as IgG4-related disease and IgG4-related hypertrophic pachymeningitis by PET-CT and dural biopsy.After treatment with methylprednisolone and mycophenolate mofetil,the patient′s clinical symptoms improved.
