摘 要:对高温下螺栓球柱节点的受拉性能开展了有限元分析和理论研究.首先,借助ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立并校核了节点模型的可靠性;接着,通过参数分析探究材料高温性能变化对节点承载性能的影响;最后,基于大量模型计算,推导并完善节点的高温受拉承载力公式.研究结果表明,高温作用下空心圆柱体外径、厚度和高度对节点承载性能的影响更为显著.当温度超过300℃时,节点的承载性能下降幅度较大,且变化趋势与钢材屈服强度的折减趋势十分接近.Finite element analysis and theoretical research on the tensile behavior of bolted ball-cylinder joints at elevated temperature are carried out.Firstly,finite element model is established by ABAQUS software and the reliability of the joint model is verified.Then,through parameter analysis,the influence of material property change induced by elevated temperature on the bearing capacity of joints is explored.Finally,based on the analysis for a large number of FE models,design formulas are derived and refined to predict the tensile bearing capacity of the joints subjected to elevated temperatures.The results show that three parameters of hollow cylinder,including the outer diameter,thickness and height,have more significant effects on the bearing capacity of joints at elevated temperature.When the temperature exceeds 300℃,the bearing capacity of the joints decreases greatly,and the variation trend is very close to the reduction trend of steel yield strength.
