摘　　要：为了将高炉熔渣的渣、热与微晶玻璃制备中的玻璃熔化结合起来,实现渣、热同步高效利用。研究了高炉渣的高温熔体性质,进行了组分与熔体性质的调制。研究结果表明:高炉渣熔体高温黏度非常小,流动性很好,但温度降低时其黏度增大迅速,料性短,导致其脆性大,不适合直接用于玻璃压延成形。通过增加SiO_(2)、Na_(2)O等氧化物,可使其料性变长,温度黏度曲线具有典型玻璃熔体的特征,适合用于玻璃压延成形。在冷却过程中BWG-25试样析出了钙铝黄长石晶相,其熔体黏度有较大的变化,流动性变差,导致压延成形困难。The high value-added utilization of blast furnace slag is one of the important ways to achieve the goal of energy saving,emission reduction and carbon reduction.Blast furnace slag glass ceramics can combine the slag and heat of blast furnace slag with the glass melting in the preparation of glass ceramics,realizing the synchronization of slag and heat.In order to realize utilization,it is necessary to study the melt properties of blast furnace slag and make targeted modulation.The high temperature melting properties of blast furnace slag were investigated,and the composition and melting properties were modulated.The results showed that blast furnace slag melt had low viscosity at high temperature and good fluidity,and its fluidity was very good,but its viscosity increased rapidly when the temperature decreased,but its viscosity increased rapidly and its material property was short,leading to its high brittleness,which was not suitable for direct glass calendering.By adding SiO_(2),Na_(2)O and other oxides,the material properties could be lengthened,and the temperature viscosity curve had the characteristics of typical glass melt,which was suitable for glass rolling.During the cooling process,the crystal phase of anorthite precipitated from BWG-25sample,and will affected its melt viscosity.
