摘 要:基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件的热弹塑性方法,研究了熔池形状对正交异性钢桥面板U肋焊接接头残余应力分布和变形的影响。结果表明,与未考虑熔池形状相比,考虑熔池形状的模型U肋右侧焊趾的最大纵向残余拉应力减小了14.8%,左侧焊趾的最大纵向残余拉应力减小了6.3%;U肋右侧焊根的最大纵向残余拉应力减小了29.6%,U肋左侧焊根的最大纵向残余拉应力减小了26.9%;使用未考虑熔池形状的模型会高估残余变形,考虑熔池形状的模型最大横向收缩减少了29.4%,最大纵向收缩减少了22.2%,最大竖向变形减少了41.2%。Based on the thermo-elastic-plastic method of ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the influence of molten pool geometry on the residual stress distribution and deformation of U-rib welded joints of orthotropic steel bridge deck was studied.The results show that,compared with the model without considering the geometry of the molten pool,the maximum longitudinal residual tensile stress of the right weld toe of the U-rib model with the geometry of the molten pool is reduced by 14.8%,and the maximum longitudinal residual tensile stress of the left weld toe is reduced by 6.3%.The maximum longitudinal residual tensile stress of the right root of the U-rib is reduced by 29.6%,and the longitudinal transverse residual tensile stress of the left root of the U-rib is reduced by 26.9%.The residual deformation will be overestimated by using the model without considering the geometry of the molten pool.The maximum transverse shrinkage of the model with the geometry of the molten pool is reduced by 29.4%,the maximum longitudinal shrinkage is reduced by 22.2%,and the maximum vertical deformation is reduced by 41.2%.
