摘  要:机翼长桁是飞机的重要承载结构件,属于变截面弯曲型材,其自动化加工难度大。目前的生产方式是人工操作压力机逐段压弯成型。该方法主要依赖人工经验,费工、费时,且成型精度与质量难以保证,无法适应长桁零件的大批量数字化生产。为改变人工加工方式,针对C919机翼长桁零件,进行了三支点弯曲回弹理论计算;建立了有限元数值模拟模型,根据实际加工参数进行了有限元模拟计算,得到宽窄截面处的回弹规律;将各施压点的理论计算、有限元模拟计算、人工加工后的弧高进行了对比,结果表明:三者具有较好的一致性。采用设计的卧式自动化弯曲加工设备对长桁进行压弯试验,并使用样板对其精度进行检验。试验结果显示,可根据模拟数据编制加工参数进行自动化加工,其精度符合样板检测精度要求。研究结果为实现数字化精准成型,满足长桁批量化生产需求提供了技术支撑。Wing stringer is an important bearing structure of aircraft.It is a variable section bending section part,which is difficult to be processed automatically.The current forming production mode is to bend it section by section by manually operated press,which relies on manual experience,and takes time and labor,and the forming accuracy and quality are difficult to guarantee.So it cannot adapt to mass digital production of stringer parts.In order to change the manual processing method,based on three fulcrum bending the theoretical springback calculation is carried out firstly for a stringer part of C919aircraft.On this basis,the finite element numerical simulation model was established,and the bending is simulated for the manual bending parameters.and the springback rules at wide Eand narrow section were obtained.The arc heights by theoretical calculation,finite element simulation and manual processing are compared.The results show that the three data are in good agreement.The bending tests of stringer are done by the designed horizontal automatic bending machine,and the forming accuracy are checked by the templates.The results show that the stringer can be processed automatically through the simulation parameter and the forming accuracy meets the demand of template checking.The research results provide technical supports for the digital accurate forming and the mass automatic production of wing stringer.
