摘  要:针对低温烟气脱硝过程中SO_(2)和水蒸气严重影响催化剂的活性的问题,制备了Ce掺杂的Ti基磷酸氧钒催化剂(VPO-Ce/TiO_(2)),并对其在低温下脱硝性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:Ce掺杂使VPO/TiO_(2)催化剂的比表面积由6.8 m^(2)/g提高到10.7 m^(2)/g,催化剂中V^(5+)和V4^(+)的H_(2)-TPR还原峰分别由原来的578℃和616℃偏移到538℃和601℃;同时,VPO-Ce/TiO_(2)的脱硝率在250℃时可达到96.8%。与未掺杂Ce的催化剂相比,最佳活性对应的温度点向低温方向偏移了50℃,并且具有同时抗硫抗水性能。In the process of low-temperature flue gas denitration,SO_(2)and water vapor seriously affect the activity of the catalyst.In view of this issue,a series of Ce-doped Ti-based vanadium phosphorus oxide(VPO-Ce/TiO_(2))catalysts were prepared by the method of impregnation and their denitrification performance at low temperature was studied.The results showed that upon the Ce addition,the specific surface area of VPO/TiO_(2)catalyst increased from 6.8 to 10.7 m^(2)/g,and the reduction peaks of V^(5+)and V^(4+)on H_(2)-TPR spectra were shifted from 578℃and 616℃to 538℃and 601℃,respectively.At the same time,the denitration rate of the optimal catalyst was 96.8%at 250℃.Compared with the catalyst without Ce,the optimal reaction temperature was lowered by 50℃,whereas the catalyst holds good sulfur and water resistance abilities.
