摘  要:针对高校学生身心健康存在的问题,采用主题词检索方式,利用知网(CNKI)、万方(WAN-Fang)和Web of Science等数据库,收集太极拳干预大学生身心健康的随机对照试验(RCT)的相关文献,并采用物理治疗证据数据库(PEDro)量表进行质量评价,系统综述了太极拳运动对大学生身心健康的影响。研究结果表明:纳入的15篇文献,整体研究质量较好;以24式简化太极拳为主的运动能够改善大学生的身心健康。制定的干预方案为每次60 min,每周2~5次,持续时间为8~12周。以期为促进大学生心理健康提供理论基础和实践指导。To tackle the physical and mental problems among college students,a topic search method was used to collect RCT literature on Tai Ji intervention in college students’physical and mental well-being using databases such as CNKI,WAN Fang,and Web of Science.The quality evaluation was conducted using the Physiotherapy Evidence Database(PEDro)scale to review the impact of Tai Ji exercise on college students’physical and mental well-being.The research results indicate that the overall research quality of the 15 included articles is good;Exercises based on 24 style simplified Tai Ji can improve the physical and mental well-being of college students.The intervention plan developed is 60 minutes per session,2~5 times per week,and lasts for 8~12 weeks.
