摘  要:聚氯乙烯(PVC)护套电缆在实际使用过程中表面经常出现出油现象,这种现象一般发生在温度和湿度均偏高的区域。由于“油”的易燃属性,造成“易起火”的心理暗示,给电缆使用厂家带来恐慌。研究了PVC电缆出油的原因,并设计了PVC电缆料的入厂检测手段,避免PVC材料做成电缆后出油的风险。Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)sheathed cables often experience oil seepage on the surface during actual use,which usually occurs in the high temperature and humidity areas.Due to the flammable property of‘oil’,there is a psychological suggestion of‘being prone to fire’,which has brought panic to the cable users.The reasons for surface oil seepage of PVC cables are studied,and incoming inspection methods for PVC cable materials are designed to avoid the risk of oil seepage after PVC materials are made into cables.
