摘  要:为提高超声相控阵检测设备对焊缝区域缺陷的检测与分辨能力,采用响应面分析方法对相控阵检测参数与缺陷间的相互作用关系进行了研究.以手工电弧焊法制备的铝合金V形构件焊缝为研究对象,选取缺陷回波的波峰波谷分贝差作为分辨力评价指标、-6 dB法测量的尺寸与实际尺寸误差作为缺陷定量指标进行多目标参数优化研究.以探头中心频率、激发晶片数量、聚焦深度和探头到焊缝前沿的中心距离为自变量,结果表明最佳检测工艺参数为:探头中心频率14.75 MHz、阵元数量为52个、聚焦深度为39.627 mm、探头距焊缝前沿距离为5.112 mm,该参数设置下波峰波谷分贝差为14.157 dB、定量误差为0.01 mm,达到了较好的缺陷检测效果,证明了该方法在超声相控阵检测参数优化方面的可行性.The interaction between phased array testing parameters and defects was studied using response surface analysis in order to improve the ability of ultrasonic phased array testing equipment to detect and distinguish defects in weld area.Taking the welds of V-shaped aluminum alloy components prepared by manual arc welding as the research object,the decibel difference between the peaks and valleys of the defect echo was selected as the resolution evaluation index,and the size error measured by-6 dB method and the actual size error were used as the defect quantitative index for multi-objective parameter optimization research.The probe center frequency,the number of excited wafers,the focusing depth and the center distance from the probe to the weld front were taken as independent variables.The results show that the best detection process parameters are as follows:the center frequency of the probe is 14.75 MHz,the number of array elements is 52,the focusing depth is 39.627 mm,and the distance from the probe to the weld front is 5.112 mm.Under this parameter setting,the decibel difference between the peak and the valley is 14.157 dB and the quantitative error is 0.01 mm,achieving a good defect detection effect,which proves the feasibility of this method in the optimization of ultrasonic phased array detection parameters.
