摘 要:以包钢高炉渣和白云鄂博萤石尾矿为主要原料,采用烧结法制备矿渣微晶玻璃,通过正交试验优化微晶玻璃的抗折强度.结果表明:影响微晶玻璃抗折强度的因素主次顺序为原料粒度、烧结温度、制样压强、烧结时间.最优工艺条件为烧结温度975℃、烧结时间0.5 h、制样压强6 MPa、原料粒度过200网目筛;抗折强度达到104.76 MPa;制备的矿渣微晶玻璃主晶相为透辉石,晶粒形貌较为规整,呈树枝状,晶粒约1~2μm,分布较为均匀;尾矿和炉渣固废利用率达58%;试样达到B类装饰装修材料的放射性限制水平.Slag glass-ceramics using blast furnace slag and fluorite tailings as major raw materials was produced by the sintering method,and the flexural strength of glass-ceramics was optimized by orthogonal test.The results show that the order of influence factors on the bending strength is the particle size of the raw material,the sintering temperature,suppressing pressure and the sintering time;the optimal process conditions are as follows:sintering temperature 975℃,sintering time 0.5 h,pressure 6 MPa,and particle size over 200 meshes;the bending strength reaches 104.76 MPa;the main phase of the glass-ceramics is diopside,and the crystal shape of glass-ceramics is relatively regular and dendritic,with grains of about 1-2μm and relatively uniform distribution;the utilization rate of tailings and slag solid waste is 58%.The sample reaches the radioactive limit level of Class B decorative decoration materials.
