摘　　要：在乡村振兴的战略背景下,大学生返乡创业不仅有助于农业产业融合发展,推动农业现代化进程,同时也为缓解大学生就业压力提供新的就业思路。以此为契机,探讨创业素质、政策支持对返乡大学生创业成功的影响,厘清内外双重因素对创业成功的作用机制。研究发现,创业素质对返乡大学生获得创业成功具有显著的促进作用;政策支持对创业素质与创业成功的关系具有显著调节作用。In the strategic context of rural revitalization,college students returning to their hometown to start businesses not only contributes to the integration and development of agricultural industries,promoting the process of agricultural modernization,but also helps alleviate the employment pressure of college students and provide new employment ideas.This article takes this opportunity to explore the impact of entrepreneurial quality and policy support on the entrepreneurial success of returning college students,clarify the mechanism of both internal and external factors on entrepreneurial success,and find that entrepreneurial quality has a significant promoting effect on returning college students'entrepreneurial success;policy support has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial quality and entrepreneurial success.
