摘  要:目的对比无头加压螺钉和微型钢板内固定治疗指掌骨骨折的效果。方法回顾性分析2020年4月-2022年1月收治的91例指掌骨骨折患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为对照组45例,采用微型钢板内固定治疗,观察组46例,采用无头加压螺钉治疗,观察两组恢复情况、手功能状态以及并发症发生率。结果观察组骨折愈合时间、住院时间、恢复工作时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手功能恢复优良率(93.48%)与对照组(88.88%)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率(8.68%)低于对照组(24.44%)(P<0.05)。结论无头加压螺钉和微型钢板内固定对指掌骨骨折手功能状态的影响无差异,但无头加压螺钉在促进骨愈合、缩短住院时间、降低并发症发生率方面优势更明显。Objective To compare the effectiveness of headless compression screws and micro steel plates for internal fixation in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.Methods A total of 91 patients with metacarpal fractures admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group of 45 cases using micro steel plate internal fixation and an observation group of 46 cases using headless compression screws.The recovery,hand function status,and incidence of complications were observed in both groups.Results The fracture healing time,hospitalization time,and recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);There was no statisticlly significant difference in the excellent and good rate of hand function recovery between the observation group(93.48%)and the control group(88.88%)(P>0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group(8.68%)was lower than that in the control group(24.44%)(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no difference in the effect of headless compression screws and micro steel plate internal fixation on hand function status in patients with metacarpal fractures.However,headless compression screws have more significant advantages in promoting bone healing,shortening hospital stay,and reducing the incidence of complications.
