摘　　要：目的探讨弹性髓内钉经皮微创闭合复位内固定在儿童尺桡骨干骨折治疗中的临床效果。方法对2020年1月-2022年3月收治的儿童尺桡骨骨折76例,均使用闭合复位经皮微创弹性髓内钉内固定方法治疗。结果术后76例患儿均获得随访,随访时间3~9个月,骨折均愈合,未发生桡神经损伤、骨折不愈合、再次骨折等情况。结论弹性髓内钉闭合复位内固定治疗儿童尺桡骨干骨折是一种较好的内固定方式,创伤小,恢复快,效果满意。Objective To explore the clinical effect of elastic intramedullary nail on the treatment of ulnar and radial fractures in children.Methods From January 2020 to March 2022,76 children with ulnar and radial fractures were treated in our department.All of them were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous minimally invasive elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation.Results All 76 children were followed up for 3-9 months.The fractures healed.There were no radial nerve injury,fracture nonunion,or recurrent fracture after operation.Conclusion Closed reduction and internal fixation with elastic intramedullary nail is a good internal fixation method for the treatment of children's ulnar and radial fractures,with small trauma,fast recovery block and satisfactory effect.
