摘　　要：目的 探讨[母]甲瓣切取术后供区遗留创面更好的处理方法。方法 采用第2趾侧方邻趾皮瓣覆盖[母]甲瓣切取后甲床下外露趾骨,其余部位予以植皮,解决甲床下方趾骨植皮容易坏死的问题,同时降低手术风险。结果 临床处理[母]甲瓣切取后创面10例,创面均一期愈合,且耐磨,不妨碍行走。外观良好,供区损伤较小。结论 该术式为[母]甲瓣切取术后遗留创面处理提供安全可靠的修复方法。Objective To explore a better way to deal with the wounds left in the donor area after the great toe wrap around flap was cut.Methods The second toe side adjacent toe flap was used to cover the exposed toe bone under the nail bed,and the rest of the area skin grafting was used to solve the problem of high probability necrosis of the skin grafting on the toe bone under the nail bed,and at the same time to reduce the risk of operation.Results The wounds of 10 cases were treated in clinical.The wounds healed in one stage and were wear-resistant.Good appearance,less damage were obtained in the donor site.Conclusion This operation can provide a safe and reliable method for the treatment of the residual wound after the great toe wrap around flap is translated.
