摘　　要：目的观察可吸收性敷料修复先天性并指分指术后皮肤缺损的效果,探讨可吸收性敷料在并指分指术中的应用指征和价值。方法2018年4月-2021年6月,对13例并指分指术后继发性缺损创面,经彻底止血后,根据缺损面积或深度,选择相应大小单层型、双层型或二者组合可吸收性敷料填充、覆盖,术后合理应用抗生素、适时换药,并加强相关护理。结果术后随访3个月~2年,创面皮肤色泽与正常皮肤接近,弹性可,耐摩擦,瘢痕轻,关节活动自如、不受限。结论可吸收性敷料修复并指术后皮肤缺损成活率高,皮肤愈合质量好,具备自体皮肤相似的外观,可用于修复并指分指术后皮肤缺损。Objective To observe the effect of absorbable dressings in repairing the skin defect after congenital syndactic finger splitting operation,and to analyze the indication and value of absorbable dressings in syndactic finger spliting operation.Methods In this group,13 patients were divided into secondary defect wounds.After thorough hemostasis,the corresponding size of single-layer,double-layer or a combination of two absorbable dressings were selected to fll and cover the wounds according to the defect area or depth.After surgery,antibiotics were applied rationally,dressings was changed at the right time,and related nursing was strengthened.Results The patients were followed up for 3 months to 2 years.The skin color of the grafted area was similar to normal skin,with good elasticity,friction resistance,light scar,and free and unrestricted joint movement.Conclusion Absorbable dressings have high survival rate and good skin healing quality.They have a similar appearance of autologous skin and can be used to repair the soft tssue defects after syndactic finger splitting surgery.
