摘  要:[目的]分析盐胁迫与胶东卫矛凋落物对连翘种子萌发的影响,为连翘的绿化应用及人工栽培群体的构建提供参考。[方法]以山西省晋中市连翘种子为试材,采用不同浓度的NaCl溶液、胶东卫矛凋落物浸取液作为交叉分组试验的2个因素,探讨不同浓度的NaCl溶液处理下,胶东卫矛凋落物对连翘种子萌发的影响。[结果]不同盐胁迫下,胶东卫矛凋落物均抑制了连翘种子的萌发,随着NaCl的浓度与胶东卫矛凋落物浓度的不断增加,连翘种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数呈现明显降低的趋势;胶东卫矛凋落物浸提液对连翘种子的萌发率、萌发指数和发芽势的影响皆达到极显著水平。[结论]在不同浓度的Nacl溶液的处理下,胶东卫矛凋落物均会抑制连翘种子的萌发,且浓度越大抑制效果越明显。[Objective]By analyzing the effects of NaCl stress and litters of Euonymus fortunei on seed germination of Forsythia suspensa,it could provide reference for the green application of F.suspensa and the construction of artificial cultivation population.[Method]Using F.suspensa seeds from Jinzhong city,Shanxi province as test materials,different NaCl concentration and litters of E.fortunei were used as two factors in the cross-group test to investigate the effects of litters of E.fortunei on seed germination of F.suspensa under different NaCl stress.[Result]Under different NaCl stress,the litters of E.fortunei inhibited the seed germination of F.suspensa.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of F.suspensa seeds decreased significantly with the increasing NaCl concentration and litters of E.fortunei.The effects of litters of E.fortunei on the germination rate,germination index and germination potential of F.suspensa seeds were extremely significant.[Conclusion]Litters of E.fortunei could inhibit seed germination of F.suspensa under different NaCl concentration.
