摘 要:为深入认识人工林林下植物多样性与土壤性质的关系,本文以胡杨(Populus euphratica)、柽柳(Tamarix chinensis)、沙枣(Elaeagnus angustifolia)、沙枣-柽柳和胡杨-柽柳等林地为对象,以自然恢复林为对照,采用样地法研究不同林地林下植物多样性与土壤性质的关系。结果表明:人工林林地内共发现植物18种,隶属6科16属;且较对照样地多样性指数增加109%~213%,丰富度指数增加10%~66%。与对照样地相比,人工胡杨-柽柳林林下土壤含水量和有机碳含量显著增加,分别增加47%和266%;结合物种多样性与土壤因子的相关性及PCA分析表明,土壤含水量、pH值、电导率与植物多样性关系最为密切,且在两个成分中均为主要决定因子。初步研究结论认为:在人工林的营造下,土壤含水量及电导率的变化是影响林下植物多样性变化的主导因子之一。研究结果对提高人工林下植物多样性以及林地管理具有积极意义。In order to deep understand the relationship between understory plant diversity and soil properties in plantation forests,this paper took Populus euphratica,Tamarix chinensis,Elaeagnus angustifolia,Elaeagnus angustifolia-Tamarix chinensis and Populus euphratica-Tamarix chinensis as the research objects,and natural restoration forests as the control.The relationship between understory plant diversity and soil properties in different forests was studied by plot method.Results showed:A total of 18 species of plants were found in the plantation forest land,belonging to 6 families and 16 genera;compared with the control sample,the diversity index increased by 109%~213%,and the richness index increased by 10%~66%.Compared with the control plot,the soil water content and organic carbon content under the artificial Populus euphratica-Tamarix chinensis forest increased significantly by 47%and 266%,respectively.Combined with the correlation between species diversity and soil factors and PCA analysis,soil water content,pH value and electrical conductivity were most closely related to plant diversity,and were the main determinants in both components.The preliminary research conclusion is that the change of soil water content and electrical conductivity is one of the dominant factors affecting the change of understory plant diversity under the construction of plantation.The research results have positive significance for improving the diversity of understory plants and forest land management.
