档案数据赋能政府智慧治理探析——以长三角地区为例

摘　　要：当前我国档案事业正朝着数据化智慧化转型。文章在解析档案数据赋能政府智慧治理所涉核心概念的基础上,以长三角地区为例,分析其档案数据参与政府治理的成效、问题及实践经验,并从赋能主体、赋能过程、赋能手段三个角度构筑档案数据赋能政府智慧治理推进路径,为其他地区相关工作开展提供有效指导。The current archival undertakings in China are transitioning towards digitization and intelligent development.On the basis of analyzing the core concepts involved in empowering smart government governance with archival data,this article takes the Yangtze River Delta region as an example to analyze the effectiveness,existing problems and practical experience of archival data participation in government governance,and proposes to develop a path for promoting archival data empowerment for smart government governance from three perspectives:empowering subject,empowering process,and empowering means,providing effective guidance for relevant undertakings in other regions.
