新文科背景下欧美信息学院档案实验室建设现状及启示  

The Current Situation of Archival Laboratories at Schools of Information in Europe and the USA Against the Background of New Liberal Arts and Its Inspiration

摘　　要：档案学科需立足新文科建设的核心理念完善人才培养体系。选取欧美19所院校的档案实验室为研究对象,运用网络调查和内容分析的方法,对其建设基础和科研教学情况进行分析。研究发现,欧美信息学院档案实验室具有增进学科联系、发挥交叉优势,丰富培养方式、加强实践教育,获取资金援助、明确职责分工的发展趋势。建议我国档案实验室建设应注重多学科融合,跨院系合作建设档案实验室;注重基础设施建设,搭建数字化档案实验平台;注重实践教育,完善实验室教学体系。The archival discipline needs to improve the talent training system based on the core concept of the development of new liberal arts.The archival laboratories in 19 institutions in Europe and the USA were selected as research objects,and their foundation of development and scientific research and teaching situation were analyzed by using the methods of network survey and content analysis.It was found that the archival laboratories in European and American schools of information feature development trends of enhancing disciplinary connections and playing cross-cutting advantages,enriching training methods and strengthening practical education,obtaining financial assistance and clarifying the division of responsibilities.It is suggested that the development of archival laboratories in China should focus on multidisciplinary integration,cross-faculty cooperation,infrastructure construction,and the building of digital archival experiment platforms,as well as practical education and the improvement of the laboratory teaching system.
