摘 要:随着城市建设进程的加快,逐渐引起人们对现代城镇的人居环境问题的重视,尤其是与人们的舒适性紧密相关的高层住宅区的室外风环境。本文选取皖南地区某高层住宅小区为研究对象,运用PHOENICS软件模拟验证其室外风环境的特征与规律,结合国家相关规范文件提出的评价标准对模拟结果进行比对评价,为住宅区风环境的优化提供依据。研究结果表明,因楼栋之间的间距和相互位置等因素的影响,室外风场呈现出不均匀分布特征。根据皖南地域夏热冬冷气候的特点,重点处理夏季通风换气和冬季抵御寒风的情形,分别给出底层架空、立面改造、景观布局、道路布局等优化策略,并基于实际情况提出预期改良方案,经过最终数值模拟的结果比对,提出最优策略是局部底层架空和植物布局调整。With the acceleration of urban construction,people gradually pay attention to the human settlement in modern cities and towns,and especially the outdoor wind environment in high-rise residential areas is closely related to people's comfort.Taking a high-rise residential quarter in the representative area of Southern Anhui as the research object,the characteristics and laws of its outdoor wind environment are simulated and verified by using PHOENICS software,and the simulation results are compared and evaluated against the evaluation standards proposed in the relevant national specification documents,so as to provide a basis for the optimization of the wind environment in this residential quarter.The results show that the outdoor wind field presents uneven distribution characteristics due to the influence of factors such as the spacing and mutual location between buildings.According to the characteristics of hot summer and cold winter climates in southern Anhui,the situation of ventilation in summer and cold wind resistance in winter are mainly dealt with,and the optimization strategies of ground floor overhead,facade reconstruction,landscape layout,road layout are presented respectively.The expected improvement scheme is proposed based on the actual situation.After the comparison of the final numerical simulation results,it is proposed that the optimal strategy is local ground floor overhead and plant layout adjustment.
