摘  要:本文研究了高岭土选矿废水循环使用对产品质量的影响,研究表明:高岭土选矿废水经过5次循环使用后,高岭土产品中的Na_(2)O含量由0.04%上升到0.11%,SO_(3)含量由0.50%上升到0.87%,-2μm含量由89.36%下降到80.10%,选矿废水的循环使用对高岭土产品质量有显著影响,对高岭土产品在石油催化剂、蜂窝陶瓷、电陶瓷等高端行业使用有较大限制。In this paper,the effects of recycling kaolin mineral processing wastewater on product quality were studied.The results showed that:After five cycles of kaolin mineral processing wastewater,Na_(2)O content in kaolin products increased from 0.04%to 0.11%,SO_(3) content increased from 0.50%to 0.87%,and-2μm content decreased from 89.36%to 80.10%.The recycling of mineral processing wastewater has a significant impact on the quality of kaolin products.It restricts the use of kaolin products in high-end industries such as petroleum catalyst,honeycomb ceramics and electric ceramics.
