Study on Flotation Processes of a Phosphate Ore in Sichuan

摘  要:四川某镁硅质磷矿石中的磷酸盐矿物为氟磷灰石和微含碳的氟磷灰石,矿石P_(2)O_(5)平均品位为19.57%。为了解矿石可选性,开展了实验室流程试验,采用单一反浮选试验、正—反浮选试验两种浮选工艺进行了对比试验。单一反浮选工艺试验可获得品位27.03%、回收率为69.26%的磷精矿,精矿中MgO含量为1.42%;正—反浮选工艺试验可获得品位28.26%、回收率为74.28%的磷精矿,精矿中MgO含量为1.38%。试验结果表明:正—反浮选工艺能更好的清除矿石中的硅质,提高磷精矿中P_(2)O_(5)平均品位,提高选矿回收率。The main phosphate minerals in a magnesia-siliceous phosphate ore in Sichuan are fluorapatite and carbon-containing fluorapatite,and the average P_(2)O_(5) grade of the ore is 19.57%.In order to understand the ore washability,the laboratory process test was carried out,and the comparative tests of single reverse flotation test and forward-reverse flotation test were carried out.A phosphate concentrate with a grade of 27.03%and a recovery of 69.26%can be obtained by a single reverse flotation process,with a MgO content of 1.42%in the concentrate,and a phosphate concentrate with a grade of 28.26%and a recovery of 74.28%,with a MgO content of 1.38%in the concentrate.The test results show that the forward-reverse flotation process can better remove the silicon in the ore,improve the average grade of P_(2)O_(5) in phosphorus concentrate and improve the recovery rate of mineral processing.
