摘 要:为强化组合人工湿地对微污染水体的修复,构建了两级复合潜流-潮汐流组合人工湿地(IVCW-TFCW1)和一个单独运行的潮汐流人工湿地(TFCW2)。连续运行结果表明:在进水中,COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP的平均浓度分别为106.69、9.36、14.36和1.03 mg·L^(-1)的条件下,IVCW-TFCW1能够有效地净化微污染河水,其对COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为93.79%、98.62%、77.24%、18.16%。其中,IVCW对COD、NH_(3)-N的去除率达到87.38%和97.29%,二级TFCW1在此基础上进一步净化,使其出水浓度降至6.60和0.13 mg·L^(-1),达到了国家地表水环境质量标准(GB3838-2002)Ⅰ类标准。通过对实验结果的比较,发现不同湿地单元对COD、NH_(3)-N、TN的净化效果均表现为:IVCW-TFCW1>IVCW>TFCW2;对于TP的净化效果:TFCW1>IVCW>IVCW-TFCW1。微生物群落分析结果表明,IVCW中硝化螺菌属丰度显著高于TFCW1和TFCW2。TFCW2中具有除磷作用的黄杆菌属丰度明显高于IVCW和TFCW1,揭示了不同湿地单元微生物进行脱氮除磷机制与净化能力。In order to strengthen the restoration of micro-polluted water by the constructed wetland,a two-stage combined subsurface flow and tidal flow constructed wetland(IVCW-TFCW1)and a single tidal flow constructed wetland(TFCW2)were constructed.Continuous operation results show that when the average concentration of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP in the influent is 106.69,9.36,14.36 and 1.03 mg·L^(-1).IVCW-TFCW1 can effectively purify the slightly polluted river water.The average removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP were 93.79%,98.62%,77.24%and 18.16%,respectively.The removal rates of COD and NH_(3)-N by IVCW reached 87.38%and 97.29%,and the effluent concentration of secondary TFCW1 was further purified to 6.60 and 0.13 mg·L^(-1)on this basis.It has reached the class I standard of national surface water environmental quality standard(GB3838-2002).By comparing the experimental results,it was found that the purification effects of different wetland units on COD,NH_(3)-N and TN were IVCW-TFCW1>IVCW>TFCW2.Purification effect of TP are TFCW1>IVCW>IVCW-TFCW1.Microbial community analysis showed that the abundance of Nitrocellulospira in IVCW was significantly higher than that in TFCW1 and TFCW2.The abundance of Flavobacterium with phosphorus removal in TFCW2 was significantly higher than that in IVCW and TFCW1,revealing the mechanism of nitrogen and phosphorus removal and purification capacity of microorganisms in different wetland units.
