摘 要:饲料粉碎粒度是饲料生产过程中必不可少的重要环节,也是影响畜禽生产性能的重要因素。不同动物品种、同一品种不同饲养阶段、不同种类原料对粉碎粒度的要求均存在差异,不适宜的粉碎粒度不但增加生产成本,还会降低商品性畜禽占有率,进而影响畜禽养殖的经济效益。为此,文章在分析现有相关领域研究现状的基础上,从饲料粉碎度对猪仔生产性能、育肥猪生产性能、肉鸡生产性能、蛋鸡生产性能、畜禽营养代谢病、畜禽氮磷排泄作用等多个方面进行阐述,以期为筛选出适合于不同畜禽的饲料粉碎粒度提供参考。The particle size of feed crushing is an essential and important link in the feed production process,and it is also an important factor affecting the production performance of livestock and poultry.Different animal breeds,different feeding stages of the same breed,and different types of raw materials have different requirements for crushing particle size.Unsuitable crushing particle size not only increases production costs,but also reduces the market share of commercial livestock and poultry,thereby affecting the economic benefits of livestock and poultry breeding.Therefore,based on the analysis of the current research status in relevant fields,the article elaborates on the impact of feed crushing degree on the production performance of piglets,fattening pigs,broilers,laying hens,nutritional metabolic diseases of livestock and poultry,and nitrogen and phosphorus excretion in livestock and poultry,in order to provide reference for selecting suitable feed crushing particle sizes for different livestock and poultry.
