摘  要:文章旨在研究育肥猪日粮中添加单体氨基酸对其生长性能及血清生化指标的影响,试验将240头健康育肥猪随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,S1、S2、S3组分别在日粮中添加相同比例苏氨酸、丙氨酸、谷氨酸,试验结果表明,S1和S2组日平均采食量、末重显著高于S3组和对照组(P<0.05),日平均增重极显著高于S3组和对照组(P<0.01);S1、S2组总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、谷丙转氨酶显著高于对照组(P<0.05),极显著高于S3组(P<0.01);S1、S2组尿素氮含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),极显著低于S3组(P<0.01)。综上所述,在不改变日粮蛋白质水平的基础上,添加单体氨基酸对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化相关指标影响较大,其中苏氨酸和丙氨酸可通过调节血清生化指标提高生长性能,谷氨酸则产生抑制作用。To study the effect of adding single amino acid to the diet of finishing pigs on their growth performance and serum biochemical indexes,240 healthy weaned piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 10 piglets in each replicate.The control group was fed with basic diet,and the diets of S1,S2 and S3 were supplemented with threonine,alanine and glutamic acid in the same proportion.The experimental results showed that the average daily intake and final weight of S1 and S2 groups were significantly higher than those of S3 and control group.The total protein,albumin,globulin and alanine aminotransferase in S1 and S2 groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and were significantly higher than those in S3 group(P<0.01).The contents of urea nitrogen in S1 and S2 groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)and significantly lower than those in S3 group(P<0.01).Based on the comprehensive experimental results,on the basis of not changing the protein level of diet,adding monomer amino acids has a great influence on the growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of finishing pigs,in which threonine and alanine can promote the growth performance by adjusting the serum biochemical indexes,while glutamic acid has an inhibitory effect.
