摘 要:目前,无抗养殖已成为水产养殖业的必然发展趋势,中草药被认为是抗生素的最佳替代品。本研究采用高效液相色谱技术对甘肃地区3种中草药加工副产物(大黄边角料、当归侧根和党参杆)中关键药效成分含量进行测定,分析其作为水产饲料添加剂的可行性。研究结果表明,大黄边角料、当归侧根和党参杆中浸出物含量均可达到2020年版《中国药典》中的标准。大黄边角料中游离蒽醌含量(0.630%)明显高于大黄中游离蒽醌含量(0.288%)。当归和当归侧根中阿魏酸含量相差不大,分别为0.113%和0.118%。党参杆中党参炔苷含量为0.178%,略低于党参中党参炔苷含量(0.193%)。Antibiotic-free farming has become an inevitable trend in the development of aquaculture.Chinese herbal medicine is considered to be the best substitute for antibiotics.In this study,high-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the contents of the key pharmacodynamic components in the by-products of three authentic Chinese herbal medicines(Rhubarb scrap,Angelica lateral root and Codonopsis stem)in Gansu Province,and the feasibility of using them as aquatic feed additives was analyzed.The results showed that the contents of extracts in above three by-products could reach the standards in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The content of free anthraquinone in Rhubarb scrap(0.630%)was significantly higher than that in Rhubarb(0.630%).The ferulic acid content of Angelica and Angelica lateral root was 0.113%and 0.118%,respectively.The content of lobetyolin in Codonopsis stem was 0.178%,which was slightly lower than that in Codonopsis(0.193%).
