摘 要:首先采用4因素3水平的正交试验确定了聚甲醛(POM)粉末静电喷涂的最佳工艺条件为喷涂电压60 kV,供粉气压0.2 MPa,固化温度170℃,固化时间20 min。然后使用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和二硫化钼(MoS_(2))对涂层进行耐磨改性,并对复合涂层进行了厚度、硬度、附着力、冲击强度、耐化学溶剂性、微观结构和摩擦磨损等性能进行了测试。结果表明,所有涂层均拥有良好的外观和耐化学溶剂性能,厚度在100~140μm之间,邵氏硬度在63以上,冲击性能至少能够达到36 kg·cm,除了MoS_(2)添加量为0.7%的涂层附着力较差,其余均可达到2级及以上;涂层致密紧实,无任何孔洞和缺陷,两种耐磨填料在涂层中分散均匀;当PTFE和MoS_(2)的添加量分别为5%和0.7%时,其复合涂层的摩擦因数分别下降到0.223和0.2453,磨损量分别下降到1.4 mg和1 mg,极大提高了聚甲醛涂层的摩擦磨损性能。In this work,an orthogonal experiment of 4 factors and 3 levels was carried out to determine the optimal process conditions for powder electrostatic spraying process of polyoxymethylene(POM)powders as a spraying voltage of 60 kV,a powder supply air pressure of 0.2 MPa,a curing temperature of 170℃,and a curing time of 20 min.The coatings were then modified using polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)and molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))to improve their wear resistance.The resultant composite coatings were characterized by testing their thickness,hardness,adhesion,impact strength,chemical solvent resistance,microstructure,and frictional wear.The results indicated that all of coating samples had good appearance and chemical solvent resistance,their thickness was distributed in the range of 100~140μm,their Shore hardness was above 63,and their impact performance reached at least 36 kg·cm.However,the composite coatings could all reach an adhesion of grade 2 or above except for the coating containing 0.7 wt%MoS_(2)powers.The composite coatings looked dense and compact without any holes and defects,and the two types of wear-resistant fillers were evenly dispersed in the coatings.When 5 wt%PTFE and 0.7 wt%MoS_(2)were incorporated into the POM powders,the friction coefficient of the composite coating decreased to 0.223 and 0.245,respectively,and their wear amounts decreased to 1.4 mg and 1 mg,respectively.This suggests a significant improvement in the friction and wear performance of the POM-matrix composite coatings.
