摘 要:内衬复合软管修复技术是一种施工费用低、程序简单的延长海底管道寿命的有效方法。目前此技术在中海油还没有应用,且施工工具均未国产化。鉴于此,对施工程序中涉及的拖拉头、端部接头进行设计,并进行相应的性能评价及检测。研究表明,98 kN时拖拉头最大应力为159.7 MPa,内衬管加强层(中间层)最大应变为0.88%。拖拉头的过弯性能良好,能够通过5D、90°的弯头。端部接头在内压10 MPa及轴向应力74.486 MPa的作用下,内套筒最大应力214.5 MPa,最大应变0.075%,接头外套筒最大应力0.009 MPa,最大应变2.146×10^(-8)。TPU层最大应变3.7%,纤维层最大应变2.3%,接头焊缝合格率100%,屈服强度及抗拉强度满足标准要求。The repair technology of pipelines with composite inner-liner is an effective method to prolong the service life of submarine pipelines with low cost and simple procedure.Now,this technology has not been applied in CNOOC,and construction tools are not made in China.In view of this,the pulling head and the end joint involved in the construction procedure are designed,and the corresponding performance evaluation and testing are carried out.The results show that the maximum stress of the pulling head is 159.7 MPa,and the maximum strain of the reinforced layer(middle layer)of the pipeline with an inner-liner is 0.88%at 98 kN.The pulling head has excellent cornering performance and can pass through 5D 90°elbow.When the end joint is subject to an internal pressure of 10 MPa and axial stress of 74.486 MPa,the maximum stress of the inner sleeve is 214.5 MPa,and the maximum strain is 0.075%.The maximum stress of the outer sleeve of the end joint is 0.009 MPa,and the maximum strain is 2.146×10−8.The maximum strain of the TPU layer is 3.7%,and that of the fibrous layer is 2.3%.The qualified rate of the joint weld is 100%,and the yield strength and tensile strength meet the standard requirements.
