摘 要:实现新型火炮对炮位侦察雷达的隐身,对于保护火炮阵地十分重要。采用球磨工艺对FeSiAl合金微粉进行扁平化处理,研究片状FeSiAl粉末样品的径厚比对电磁参数、吸波性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、矢量网络分析仪对球磨改性前后的FeSiAl粉末进行表征分析。结果表明,FeSiAl粉末样品的径厚比随球磨时间的延长逐渐增大,在保持片状颗粒完整度的前提下,其电磁参数随径厚比的增大逐渐增加,并且样品反射系数的最大吸收峰随径厚比的增大逐渐向低频方向移动。径厚比为33.5的片状FeSiAl在1.8 GHz频率的Rc值为-32.6 dB,1~6 GHz的Rc值小于-5 dB低频吸波性能提升显著。It is very important for protecting the artillery position to realize the stealth of the new artillery to artillery locating and fire correction radar.The FeSiAl alloy powder was flattened by ball milling process,and the effect of the diameter-to-thickness ratio of flake FeSiAl powder samples on electromagnetic parameters and absorbing performance was studied.The FeSiAl powder before and after milling modification was characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and vector network analyzer.The results show that the diameter-to-thickness ratio of FeSiAl powder samples increases gradually with the prolongation of the ball milling time.The electromagnetic parameters increase gra-dually with the increase of the diameter-to-thickness ratio under the premise of maintaining the integrity of flake particles,and the maximum absorption peak of the simulated sample reflectance moves gra-dually to the low frequency direction.The R c value of flake FeSiAl with a diameter-to-thickness ratio of 33.5 at 1.8 GHz is-32.6 dB,the R c value at 1~6 GHz is less than-5 dB,and low frequency absorption performance is significantly improved.
