摘 要:为了解决某轻型大口径舰炮超低火线架构下产生的大俯仰不平衡力矩问题,提出了一种可实现俯仰自适应调节的平衡机方案,建立了数值求解模型,对自适应调节结构进行了优化设计,分析了静态条件下自适应平衡机的平衡效果。根据装舰平台的摇摆参数,进行了摇摆条件下的过载系数计算,基于ADAMS软件,建立了舰炮俯仰部分的刚体动力学模型,进行了摇摆条件下的动力学仿真,研究了自适应平衡机在摇摆条件下的动态响应。结果表明:该自适应平衡机在静态条件下可有效降低俯仰变化引起的不平衡力矩波动,使俯仰射角内的剩余不平衡力矩稳定在较小范围内;在摇摆条件下,自适应平衡机有利于降低摇摆引起的负载力矩,其平衡效率与摇摆参数有关,在低海况条件下的平衡效率更高。研究结果可为自适应平衡机在大口径舰炮上的设计和应用提供指导。In order to solve the problem of large pitch unbalanced torque under the ultra-low firing line architecture of a large caliber light naval gun,a scheme of adaptive equilibratore was proposed,a numerical solution model was established,adaptive adjustment structure was optimized and the balance effect under the static conditions was analyzed.The overload coefficient was calculated according to swing parameters.The rigid body dynamics model of the naval gun s pitching part was established based on ADAMS and dynamic response of the adaptive equilibrator under swing conditions was also studied.The research results show that the adaptive equilibrator can effectively reduce the unbalanced torque fluctuation caused by pitch under static conditions,so that the residual unbalanced torque is stable in a small range.In addition,the adaptive equilibrator is conducive to reducing the load torque caused by swing.The balance effeciency is related to swing parameters and it is higher under low sea state.The research can provide guidance for the design and application of adaptive eqilibrator in large caliber naval gun.
