摘 要:为研究高转速下轴承刚度软化对转管炮身管组固有频率的影响,采用有限元法建立转管炮身管组转子-轴承系统动力学模型,开展模态分析。基于Jones-Harris滚动轴承分析方法建立考虑间隙效应的滚动轴承刚度模型,分析轴承刚度随转速变化的规律。将轴承刚度作为转管炮身管组模态分析的基础数据,计算不同转速下转管炮身管组前5阶固有频率及其对应振型,进而揭示轴承刚度软化对转管炮身管组固有频率的影响规律。分析结果表明:转速较低时,轴承刚度基本不变,对转管炮身管组固有频率影响很小;当转速超过一定值时,轴承刚度随转速增大而急剧减小,转管炮身管组固有频率随之降低;减小轴承间隙能大幅度提高轴承刚度和身管组固有频率。研究结果为转管炮固有频率与射速匹配设计提供了理论支撑。In order to study the influence of bearing stiffness softening on the natural frequency of the gun barrel group,a dynamic model of the rotor-bearing system of a gatling gun was established by the finite element method for modal analysis.Based on the Jones-Harris rolling bearing analysis method,a stiffness model of rolling bearings considering the clearance effect is established,and the law of bearing stiffness changing with speed is analyzed.Taking bearing stiffness as[JP2]the basic data for the modal analysis[JP]of the gatling gun,the first five order natural frequencies of the gun barrel group and their corresponding vibration patterns were calculated at different speeds,and then the influence law of bearing stiffness softening on the natural frequency of the gun barrel group was revealed.Analysis results show that bearing stiffness is basically unchanged when the rotating speed is low,which has little effect on the natural frequency of the barrel group.When the rotational speed exceeds a certain value,bearing stiffness decreases sharply with the increase of rotational speed,and the natural frequency of the gun barrel group decreases accordingly.Reducing bearing clearance can greatly improve bearing stiffness and the natural frequency of the gun barrel group.The research results provide theoretical support for the design matching natural frequency with the firing rate of gatling guns.
