摘  要:针对某新型火炮发射系统中的举升臂连接件失效问题,利用多学科优化软件和有限元分析软件平台,基于组合优化算法完成了结构的优化设计。基于最优拉丁超立方设计方法,以连接件的最大应力为目标函数,对连接件的结构参数进行灵敏度分析,将对最大应力影响权重较大的结构参数作为设计变量,采用多岛遗传算法与梯度优化算法形成组合优化算法,使用Isight多学科优化软件集成有限元分析软件ABAQUS进行优化计算。优化后的最大应力得到显著降低,为解决连接件断裂问题提出了优化设计方案。与仅使用多岛遗传算法相比,组合优化算法的迭代次数降低了73.6%。该算法可对装备设计中的关键部件强度优化,提高结构安全可靠性,提供可借鉴的优化设计方法。Aiming at the failure of the lifting arm connector in a new artillery launch system,the optimization design of the structure was completed based on a combined optimization algorithm by using multidisciplinary optimization software and finite element analysis software platforms.Based on the Optimal Latin Hypercube Design method,a sensitivity analysis of the structural parameters of the connector was conducted,and the structural parameters with large weights affecting the maximum stress are used as design variables.The Multi-Island Genetic Algorithm and the gradient optimization algorithm are used to form the combined optimization algorithm.The Isight Multidisciplinary Optimization Software integrated with the ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used for optimization calculations.The maximum stress after optimization was significantly reduced,presenting an optimized design scheme to solve the problem of fracture of the connector.Compared with the Multi-Island Genetic Algorithm,the number of iterations of the combined optimization algorithm is reduced by 73.6%.The algorithm can optimize the strength of key components in equipment design and improve structural safety and reliability.It also provides a reference optimization design method.
