基于DOWA算子的模糊决策环境下绿色供应商选择方法

摘　　要：针对模糊环境下的绿色供应商选择问题,利用DOWA算子提出了一种属性值为区间对偶犹豫模糊不确定语言变量的多属性决策方法.给出了区间对偶犹豫模糊不确定语言变量的运算法则及排序方法,定义了依赖型区间对偶犹豫模糊不确定语言有序加权平均算子的概念并探讨其相关性质.该算子的特点是对不正确的或者有偏差的评价值赋予较小的权重,而对与靠近均值的评价值赋予更多的权重,从而削弱不公平性对评价结果的影响.利用该算子构建犹豫模糊环境下的多属性决策模型,并将其应用于绿色供应商选择问题中,验证该方法的可行性和有效性.For the green supplier selection problem in fuzzy environment,a multi-attribute decision making method with interval dual hesitation fuzzy uncertain linguistic variable was proposed by using DOWA operator.Firstly,the algorithms and sorting method of interval dual hesitation fuzzy uncertain linguistic variables are given.Secondly,we define the concept of dependent interval dual hesitation fuzzy uncertain linguistic ordered weighted average operator and discuss its related properties.The characteristic of this operator was to give less weight to the incorrect or biased evaluation value,and give more weight to the evaluation value which close to the mean,so as to weaken the influence of unfairness on the evaluation result.Finally,the operator was used to construct the multi-attribute decision model in the hesitant fuzzy environment,and was applied to the green supplier selection problem to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
