基于生态足迹的淮河生态经济带可持续发展研究

摘　　要：随着淮河生态经济带城市化水平的不断提高,区域经济得到了快速发展,淮河生态经济带的可持续发展也受到普遍关注.利用生态足迹模型,从生物资源和能源消耗两方面对淮河生态经济带2020年的生态足迹和生态承载力进行计算,得出目前淮河生态经济带的生态盈亏状态.计算结果表明:淮河生态经济带目前整体存在生态赤字状况;基于各项计算数据呈现情况的具体分析;对淮河生态经济带现今发展状况做出总结评价,并提出具体对策和建议.With the acceleration of urbanization and the level of urban economy has increased rapidly in the Huaihe River ecological economic belt,the sustainable development of Huaihe River ecological economic belt has also received more and more attention.This paper uses the ecological footprint model,calculating the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt in 2020 from the two aspects of biological resources and energy consumption,it is concluded whether the Huaihe River ecological economic belt is in ecological deficit or ecological surplus.Through calculation,it is found that there is an ecological deficit in the Huaihe River ecological economic belt,and then analyze the calculation data and the ecological profit and loss state,according to the specific situation of the current development of the Huaihe River ecological economic belt,this paper analyzes the specific situation,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the Huaihe River ecological economic belt.
