摘  要:文章介绍了船舶设备绝缘对航行安全的影响,分析设备绝缘低的主要原因,提出多种合理的设计优化、工艺改良方案,实现船舶外围设备(灯具)绝缘的提升,减少由于绝缘低对船舶电网的影响,将因室外设备绝缘低引发系统报警、波及电站网络供电安全而影响船舶航行安全的风险降到最低。This paper introduces the influence of ship equipment insulation on navigation safety,analyzes the main reasons for low insulation of equipment,and puts forward a variety of reasonable design optimization and process improvement schemes,so as to improve the insulation of peripheral equipment(lamps)of ships and reduce the influence of low insulation on the ship power grid.Furthermore,the low insulation of outdoor equipment can re⁃sult in system alarms and threaten the power supply safety of power station networks,which further affects ship navigation safety,but the paper has successfully minimized the risk.
