摘 要:依据红外检测技术理论,文章阐述了国内船舶电气设备维修现状,指出运用红外检测技术进行故障诊断的可能。通过介绍红外检测技术基本原理及其特点,分析电气设备发热类型,简述在运用红外检测技术检测船舶电气设备时的参考标准、遵循原则以及如何选用红外检测仪器、测量的基础工序及测量方法等,得出了红外检测技术在船舶电气设备中应用的可行性。Based on the theory of infrared detection technology,this paper describes the current situation of ship electrical equipment maintenance in China and points out the possibility of using infrared detection technology for fault diagnosis.Furthermore,the paper introduces the basic principle and characteristics of the infrared detec⁃tion technology.It analyzes the heat type of the electrical equipment,and briefly describes the reference standards and principles to be followed when infrared detection technology is used to monitor ship electrical equipment,as well as the selection of infrared detection instruments,basic procedures and methods of measurement,and others.Finally,the paper obtains the feasibility of applying infrared detection technology in ship electrical equipment.
