摘  要:为了探究复配杀菌剂对微生物生命活动周期的影响,采用失重实验、电化学测试、表面分析技术等研究方法,利用油气田采出水中培养出的SRB和IOB所组成的混合微生物群研究D-氨基酸复配杀菌剂在不同时期对碳钢的缓蚀率和杀菌率的改善机理。结果表明:不同时期加入D-氨基酸复配杀菌剂对缓蚀率、腐蚀速率以及杀菌效率均有改善;在第3 d加入效果最佳,缓蚀率能达到68.68%,腐蚀速率从0.105 mm/a下降到0.033 mm/a,下降幅度高达68.6%。自腐蚀电流密度icorr由3.59×10^(-5)A/cm^(2)降到了2.06×10^(-5)A/cm^(2),下降幅度高达43%;D-氨基酸作用于细菌表面可使细菌表现出疏水性,对细菌之间的物质传输产生影响;D-氨基酸对生物膜的分解作用明显,同时对生物膜的生成也具有抑制作用。随着时间的推移,微生物在钢材表面迅速繁殖,在第7 d达到生命活动的活跃峰期,期间产生H2S,加剧钢材腐蚀。To explore the effects of the compound fungicide on the microbial life cycle,the improvement of the corrosion inhibition rate and sterilization rate of D-amino acid compound fungicides on carbon steel in different periods was studied using the mixed microflora composed of SRB and IOB produced from the oil and gas field through the weightlessness experiment,electrochemical test,surface analysis technology and other research methods.The results showed that the corrosion rate and sterilization efficiency were improved when D-amino acid compound fungicide was adding in different periods.The function of D-amino acid compound fungicide was optimal,when it was added on the third day.D-amino acid could cause the surface of the bacteria hydrophobic,which affects the material transmission between bacteria.D-amino acid could break up the biofilm and inhibit the growth of biofilm.Microorganisms could multiply rapidly on steel surfaces over time and reach an active peak period of life activity in seven days,during which H 2S production will accelerate steel corrosion.
