摘 要:某铜-铅阳极泥侧吹炉炉砖中金银含量较高,为高效综合提取炉砖中的金和银,采用中温氯化焙烧—浸出工艺对该炉砖进行试验。结果表明:在焙烧温度850℃、焙烧时间2 h、氯化钠用量10%、硫代硫酸钠用量8.5%和每吨焙烧渣所需氨水用量200 L、浸出温度25℃、浸出时间5 h的条件下,银浸出率可达96.43%;在硫脲用量0.2 mol/L、硫酸铁用量4 g/L、浸出时间15 h、浸出温度40℃的条件下,金浸出率可达84.68%。该工艺处理含金银废炉砖效果较好,可为含金银固废资源的高效综合利用提供参考。There is a high gold and silver content in the bricks of a copper lead anode mud side blowing furnace.In order to extract gold and silver efficiently and comprehensively from furnace bricks,the medium-temperature chlorination roasting step leaching process was used to test the furnace bricks.The results show that the silver leaching rate can reach 96.43%under the flowing conditions of the roasting temperature 850℃,the roasting time 2 h,the amount of sodium chloride 10%,the amount of sodium thiosulfate 8.5%,the amount of ammonia 200 L per ton of calcined slag,the leaching temperature 25℃,and the leaching time 5 h.The gold leaching rate can reach 84.68%under the conditions of 0.2 mol/L thiourea,4 g/L ferric sulfate,15 h leaching time and 40℃leaching temperature.This process is effective in treating waste furnace bricks containing gold and silver and the research can provide a process reference for the efficient and comprehensive utilization of solid waste resources containing gold and silver.
