摘 要:为研究不同干旱胁迫程度和稀土肥浓度对金银花叶片的形态指标和生理指标的影响,探究稀土肥对其抗旱性的影响,本文以四季金银花为材料,设置不同PEG-6000浓度和稀土肥浓度,测定金银花叶片的形态指标和生理指标。研究结果表明:①干旱胁迫下,金银花的叶长、叶宽、叶厚、叶面积均下降,比叶面积和叶组织密度上升,鲜重、干重和相对含水量整体上低于对照,SPAD值显著低于对照(P<0.05),CAT、POD、SOD酶活性和MDA、Pro含量上升,说明金银花能够通过调节形态特征来减少体内水分散失,并能够有效调动渗透调节物质,防御膜质过氧化,适应干旱胁迫;②稀土肥对金银花的抗氧化酶活性无明显影响,但能够促进其形态发育,调节叶绿素和渗透调节物质,促进其抗旱性增强。In this study,the Lonicera japonica was selected for determination of the morphological and physiological indexes of the leaves with the setup of different concentrations of PEG-6000 and rare earth fertilizer,so as to study the impacts of different drought stress degrees and rare earth fertilizer concentrations on the morphological and physiological indexes of the Lonicera japonica leaves and explore the impact of the rare earth fertilizer on the drought resistance.The results showed that,Under the drought stress,the length,width and thickness and surface area of the leaves decreased,while the specific leaf area and leaf tissue density increased.In general,the fresh weight,dry weight,and relative water content were lower than the control group,SPAD value is obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05).The CAT,POD,SOD enzyme activity and the content of MDA,Pro increased.It illustrated that through the adjustment of morphological characteristics,the Lonicera japonica may reduce internal water loss and effectively mobilize osmotic regulating substance to defence against membrane peroxidation so as to adapt to the drought stress.②Rare earth fertilizer has no obvious impact on the antioxidant enzyme activity of the Lonicera japonica,while it may facilitate the morphological development to adjust the chlorophyll and the osmotic regulating substance so as to increase the drought resistance capacity.
