摘　　要：如何在不确定性中把握确定性,这是当前国际安全领域的热门话题,也是我国在实现中华民族伟大复兴的进程中必须面对的时代课题。重温经典,可以获得启迪;早在日军发动全面侵华战争伊始,毛泽东就创作完成了一部在不确定性中把握确定性的军事理论巨著《论持久战》。它在动荡不安的局势中把握时代特点,在扑朔迷离的战争中擘画军事指挥方略,在复杂多变的矛盾运动中洞悉抗战的本质、规律和趋势,在或明或暗的军力较量中彰显革命领袖和中国共产党的正确领导;它不仅预见了抗战是持久战且最终必胜的确定性答案,而且描绘了持久战取胜的清晰轮廓。《论持久战》对于我们今天在不确定性中把握确定性,坚定不移地走好中华民族复兴之路仍有重要意义。How to grasp certainty in the midst of uncertainties is not only a hot topic in the field of international military security at present but also a task of the times that China must face in the new journey of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.To enhance our ability in this regard,we can get new inspiration from revisiting some classics.As early as the beginning of the Japanese all-out war of aggression against China,Mao Zedong created his classic On Protracted War which is a military theoretical masterpiece characterized by gasping certainty in the midst of uncertainties.To be specific,through fully understanding the characteristics of the times in the turbulent situation,this great work drew up military command strategies in the confusing war situation,revealed the nature,the laws and the trends of the war of resistance in the complex and changeable contradictions and their movements,and manifested the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China and its leader in the contest of various revolutionary forces.It not only foresaw the definitive answer that the War of Resistance was a protracted war and would eventually be won,but also painted a clear outline of the victory of a protracted war.On Protracted War is still of practical significance for us to open up a new situation in the midst of changes,grasp certainty in the midst of uncertainties,and unswervingly take the road of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
