哲学视域中文化扶贫的内在逻辑:概念与现实理路

摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出了为巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果而“增强脱贫群众内生动力”的紧迫任务。对此,深入研究文化扶贫问题十分必要。“文化”界定直接影响对“文化扶贫”概念的理解。广义的“文化”是人化,根本上是人关于社会发展和人类实践的映现(映射和呈现),内含有关社会及其实践普遍性本质规律映现与个人特殊性具体实践场景映现之间的转换和辩证统一。文化扶贫是对脱贫群众关于当今中国社会本质规律正确映现与脱贫群众关于自身具体实践场景正确映现缺失的帮助,是对脱贫群众完成由前者向后者转换能力缺乏的帮扶。文化扶贫现实理路包括铸牢现实前提、析清现实路径、培育脱贫群众适应现实能力、凝聚形成现实合力。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has put forward the urgent task of“helping people who have just shaken off poverty build their own momentum for growth”in order to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation.In this regard,it is necessary to study the issue of cultural poverty alleviation in depth.The definition of“culture”directly influences the understanding of the concept of“cultural poverty alleviation”.In a broad sense,“culture”is the result of the humanization of the world,which is fundamentally human s reflection(i.e.,“mapping and representation”)of social development and human practice,including the transformation and dialectical unity between the reflection of the universal nature of society and its practice and the reflection of the specific practice scene of individual particularity.Cultural poverty alleviation is to help people who have just shaken off poverty to correctly reflect the essential laws of today s Chinese society and to correctly reflect the scenes of their own specific practice.It is also a help for these people to complete the transformation from the former to the latter.The realistic logic of cultural poverty alleviation includes firmly building the realistic precondition,clarifying the realistic path,cultivating people’s ability to adapt to the reality,and forming convergence of realistic forces.
