摘 要:建立具备声学测试环境的行星大气声探测平台对深空探测具有重要意义,而风洞吸声材料的选用对声学测试环境消声能力的构建至关重要,需要吸声材料具备耐低温性能及在经历高真空后在低压环境下应用的能力。文章针对行星大气声探测平台声学风洞对吸声材料的选用要求,以平均吸声系数α>0.5为标准选取了3种纤维类候选吸声材料,对它们的耐低温性能、在200~6300 Hz频率范围内的吸声性能及在真空下的放气速率进行对比;确定无胶长纤维白色玻璃棉作为声学风洞吸声材料,并进一步验证了其应用于行星大气声探测平台声学风洞的可行性。The establishment of a planetary atmospheric acoustic platform with an acoustic testing environment is of great significance for deep space exploration.The selection of wind tunnel sound-absorbing materials is crucial for the construction of anechoic capacity in the acoustic testing environment.Soundabsorbing materials are required to have low temperature resistance and the ability to be used in low pressure after experiencing high vacuum.In this paper,for the requirements of sound-absorbing materials for the acoustic wind tunnel of the planetary atmospheric acoustic detection platform,three fiber candidates were selected with the average sound absorption coefficientαgreater than 0.5.Their low-temperature resistance,sound-absorbing performance in the frequency range of 200-6300 Hz and outgassing rate under vacuum were compared.The nonadhesive long fiber white glass wool was determined as the sound-absorbing material for acoustic wind tunnel,and its feasibility in the acoustic wind tunnel for planetary atmospheric acoustic detection platform was further verified.
