摘  要:以咖啡渣为原料,选取ZnCl_(2)为活化剂,通过化学活化法制备了咖啡渣活性炭,并通过单因素吸附试验,考察其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能,探究了溶液pH值、吸附剂投加量、吸附时间、溶液初始浓度等因素对去除率的影响。试验发现咖啡渣活性炭对亚甲基蓝的去除率与溶液pH值、吸附剂投加量、吸附时间呈正相关,与溶液初始浓度呈负相关。吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和准二级动力学模型,Langmuir等温模型的线性拟合系数R^(2)>0.99,模型得出的咖啡渣活性炭对亚甲基蓝的理论饱和吸附量与试验结果基本一致;准二级动力学方程的线性拟合系数R2>0.99,能够较好地描述咖啡渣活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附过程。Coffee grounds activated carbon was prepared by chemical activation method using coffee grounds as raw material and ZnCl_(2) as activator,meanwhile,its adsorption performance on methylene blue was investigated through single factor adsorption test,the effect of solution pH value,adsorbent dosage,adsorption time,solution initial concentration and some other factors on methylene blue removal were investigated.The test found that,the removal rate of methylene blue by coffee grounds activated carbon was positively associated with solution pH value,adsorbent dosage and adsorption time,however was negatively associated with solution initial concentration.The adsorption process fitted Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and pseudo second order model,the linear fitting coefficient R2 of Langmuir isothermal adsorption model was over 0.99,the theoretical saturated adsorption capacity of the coffee grounds activated carbon for methylene blue gotten from the models was basically consistent with the experimental results,besides,the linear fitting coefficient R^(2) of pseudo second order model was over 0.99,which could well describe the whole process of the coffee grounds activated carbon adsorbing methylene blue.
